Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to support@traveltalkholidays.com.

Cancellations are subject to the following charges:

More than 30 days before departure: 20% of the total booking amount.

15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount.

Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total booking amount.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 15 days of departure.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

All refunds are subject to applicable processing fees.

Note: In cases where third-party services (hotels, airlines, etc.) have their own cancellation policies, those policies will apply.
